Because Tapestry Journal Downloader offers a completely functional Free Tier (allowing up to 20 records per sync), we highly encourage you to test the software thoroughly before upgrading to Pro.

By using the Free Tier, you can verify that the app connects to your school, downloads your photos and videos correctly, and generates the HTML journal to your satisfaction.

Refunds

Since payments are processed by Paddle.com, all refund requests are handled at Paddle's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact Paddle support directly by replying to your purchase confirmation email or by visiting paddle.net.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal link in your confirmation email, or by contacting Paddle. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
