Our Philosophy: Try Before You Buy

Because Tapestry Journal Downloader offers a completely functional Free Tier (allowing up to 20 records per sync), we highly encourage you to test the software thoroughly before upgrading to Pro.

By using the Free Tier, you can verify that the app connects to your school, downloads your photos and videos correctly, and generates the HTML journal to your satisfaction.

Refunds & 14-Day Right to Cancel

In accordance with our Buyer Terms (https://paddle.com/legal-buyers/), customers have the right to cancel their agreement and return the product within 14-days of purchasing. We follow this process as it's an effective measure to avoid chargebacks and the fees that these incur.

To request a refund, please contact Paddle support directly by replying to your purchase confirmation email or by visiting paddle.net. Since payments are processed by Paddle.com, refund requests are handled in accordance with their terms.

Proactive Refunds

It's important to note that we may refund some orders without asking for consent in order to prevent an imminent chargeback. This will be in cases where the card issuer gives us explicit warning that a chargeback is inbound. More information about these alerts can be found here.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal link in your confirmation email, or by contacting Paddle. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
